This course introduces the various concepts of entrepreneurship that deals with the role of entrepreneurs in economic development. Topics on Filipino entrepreneurial economy, entrepreneurial motivation, government assistance and programs for entrepreneurs, development and growth theories and application are included.  Focus of the course is in the development of one’s entrepreneurial mind-set and competencies necessary for the student to have a correct entrepreneurial behaviour in the future. 

Relevant lessons such as creativity and innovation, searching business opportunities, risk and rewards of entrepreneurship and ethics in entrepreneurship shall also be discussed. Oral presentation in the classroom will be delivered by the students before the Mid-Term and Final Term ends. These are about;  Me: A Future Entrepreneur and My Business Prospect for Mid-Term and for Final Term is about Concept Paper of Product Localization and SWOT Analysis of the Product Localization.

Ethics deals with principles of ethical in modern society at the level of the person, society, and in interaction with the environment and other shared resources. (CMO 20 s 2013)

Morality pertains to the standards of right or wrong that an individual originally picks up from the community. The course discusses the context and principles of ethical behavior in modern society at the level of individual, society, and in interaction with the environment and other shared resources. The course also teaches students to make moral decisions by using dominant moral frameworks and by applying a seven-step moral reasoning model to analyze and solve moral dilemma.
