Science and Technology 7 is composed of four science fields and one of which is general chemistry. General chemistry is a required subject in the K-12 curriculum with topics that are presented with increasing level of complexity from one grade level to another in spiral progression. The following are the most essential topics during this unprecedented time namely: scientific investigation, matter and its classification, and solution.
TLE 9 Food Technology is aligned with the Commercial Cookery NC II of TESDA.
According to TESDA, "Commercial Cooking NC II is a technical-vocational program that develops skills in planning, preparing, cooking and serving various menus. Students are taught how to make/cook meat, appetizers, salads, vegetables, sandwiches, eggs, desserts and more.
Students under the Commercial Cooking NCII program are trained in different food preparation and presentation techniques based on industry standards.
